In this fast-paced, fun event, each student has 1 hour to create:
Biscuits with Strawberries and Cream
- Biscuits
- Quick Diplomat cream – a mix of
- Pastry cream
- Crème Chantilly
- Strawberries – cut and macerated
*2 identical plates must be presented (1 for tasting, 1 for presentation)
All students will take a written exam on basic baking fundamentals.
Awards include:
- Scholarships
